It is close to airport. Good price for room
free shuttle and breakfast. The staff was great from the driver, front desk and breakfast staff. Super close to the metro system and the bus central. Overall I would definately stay with them again.

Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms with plenty of drawers and space to put belongings away. Friendly staff. Centrally located but quiet at night. Wonderful shower! Great breakfasts included. But not very accessible for people with limited mobility.

When I checked in, I was given a room that was clearly not cleaned — the bathroom was dirty, there was trash, and the sheets hadn’t been changed. I asked to be moved, but had to wait without any apology or effort to resolve the issue quickly.
Later, a staff member entered my new room without knocking or identifying themselves while I was inside, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience was unacceptable.

Overall it was good. We had a suite which was spacious and clean. Note that breakfast only opens at 7am on weekends. They do not offer takeaway baggies for early departure.
