No English speaking staff. When it is sunny, the room smells like something is burning inside. Staff do not understand English, it become so hard to explain and we had to vacate the room night before, and I don't think they will understand to change the room.

The rooms were clean and tidy. AC is working fine. Value for money. Basic amenities. The staff didn’t honor the request for a late check out for an hour in spite of our group booked 3 rooms and asked them to give us at least 1 hour late check out for only 1 room. But they were very rigid.

We had to be transferred to 3 different rooms in the middle of the night! Horrible! First room had mold on the restroom! Second one didn’t have the second bed as stated! Third one had the heater and wasn’t able to turn it off so we were burning in there! Family with 3 children and this was happening around 3 am we just stayed because we had no where else to go! Don’t recommend at alllllll

Faulty minisplit heater that failed during the night. Temps outside below freezing and not much warmer inside. Next up, no hot water. That meant no shower ahead of my business meeting. Presented in a baseball cap. Went to complain and there appears to be no phone number; only a form. The form requires the name of the hotel from a pull down menu; my hotel wasn’t listed. Marriott is the Spirit Airline of hotels now.
