We were only able to stay one night on our way to Xtapa, but it was long enough to know that people that work at the hotel are very helpful considerate & they each were a pleasure to meet. The suite was very comfortable, especially the bed! It felt like heaven after a long flight! I love the entrance very much. It was serene having that gorgeous fountain & the amazing light from above.

The staff and cleanliness was great. However the restaurant was terrible, food took so long to receive, cold and there was only a few people there. The shower head was clearly clogged and each little stream was a different pressure. The shower door didn’t close all the way either.

The staff at check in was quick and pleasant. The room was on the lower floor so it wasn’t as quite. Found strands of hairs on the bathroom sink and floor as well as on the nightstand. More signs should be posted with directions to the hotel.
