Fiesta Inn Chetumal Hotel

Lamentablemente, mi reciente experiencia en el Fiesta Inn Chetumal estuvo lejos de ser satisfactoria, y siento que la calidad del servicio ha decaído notablemente. Este hotel solía ser una opción confiable, con un estándar de comodidad y atención que lo destacaba en la zona, pero esta vez dejó mucho que desear. Uno de los principales problemas fue el aire acondicionado, que simplemente no funcionaba. En una ciudad tan cálida como Chetumal, esto es inaceptable, ya que hizo que la estancia fuera incómoda, especialmente durante la noche. A pesar de reportarlo, no se resolvió de manera eficiente. Además, la presión de la regadera era tan baja que tomar una ducha se convirtió en una experiencia frustrante, casi de lágrima. Otros detalles, como la limpieza, también dejaron que desear: encontré áreas descuidadas en la habitación y un mantenimiento general que no está a la altura de lo que uno espera de un hotel de esta cadena. El personal, aunque amable, no mostró la proactividad necesaria para solucionar los inconvenientes, lo cual agravó la situación. Es una pena, porque el Fiesta Inn Chetumal tenía una buena reputación, pero esta vez la experiencia fue decepcionante. Espero que tomen medidas para mejorar, porque el potencial está ahí, pero la calidad actual no justifica el precio ni la expectativa. No lo recomendaría en este momento hasta que resuelvan estos problemas.

Just the AC In the room needs to be adjusted properly. They keep it locked at 22 and it’s hot

La alberca en el techo es monisima, las habitaciones son de buen tamaño Solo la regadera tiene mañana con la llave del lava manos para que salga agua caliente

This hotel property used to be in good condition the last time we stayed here but now it looked like it is manage very poorly the rooms is not very clean and it smells like moldy we stayed there for 1 night and when we came home we all got sick from the smell of the mold in the rooms the staff is friendly and the Rooftop pool area is also in bad condition like it is not being maintained properly. I hope they see this message and fix the issue of the moldy smells in the rooms. Thank you

I absolutely love this hotel! It's so easy to get comfortable here, and the staff is incredibly friendly. This is my fourth time staying here, and I keep coming back for a reason—the atmosphere and service are consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

Staff great and helpful, pool area at top is messed up, not maintained and dangerous, board and nails sticking out from the deck, the chairs were also not taken care of. They seen better days like 10 years ago maybe.
