Garza Blanca was everything! I’ve stayed at all-inclusive hotels before, and sometimes the food can be disappointing—but not here. Every meal was absolutely delicious, especially at Bocados Steak House. Noemi from Bocados was amazing—so warm and attentive! Honestly, all the servers were excellent. The drinks were strong and never watered down. Thank you for such an unforgettable trip. I can’t wait to come back!

Lo mejor de todo fue el personal! Amables, atentos! Salvador Concierge de alberca, Alejandro mesero de alberca, Jorge mesero de restaurante solo por nombrar algunos! Todos las verdad desde que entras hasta que te vas son excelentes! La comida muy rica y variada, la habitación amplia y con todo lo que necesitas!

They just want your money through expedia, do not book this hotel through Expedia especially if you have a ocean view. It’s a rip off and we ended upmpaying more at the hotel and Expedia was very unhelpful.

While the resort looks great from the outside, our stay was marred by unexpected charges, poor service, and lack of accommodation for families.
- Secret charges: $120 USD for a Red Bull and unspecified "service charges" despite being an all-inclusive guest
- Limited room service: cutoff at 11 PM with no alternatives
- Unhelpful staff: managers and supervisors unresponsive to issues
- Family-unfriendly: no accommodations for families with small children- we tried to get a snack for our kids prior to leaving and the staff and supervisors rejected this request as we were one minute past our checkout time
- Lack of kids' activities and entertainment
- Overcrowded pool
-missing cash from safe in the room -managers provided no resolution
Given the issues we experienced, I'd advise against staying here. There are better options in Puerto Vallarta.

Quality of food was not the greatest. Spouse had food intoxication and the Hotel Walk In clinic charged an extremely high amount for medications and services rendered. Staff customer service was excellent! Transportation and Trolly was fun and safe! Staff at the Pools and Beach were attentive and excellent! Too much noise with current remodeling and new additions.

Clean updated property with good food and drink , just a little but too busy for the time of year for me . The back building were I was is little bit of a walk . As I asked for ocean room , but that what I got . Apart from that nice hotel , just a kettle but bust for me ..

We stayed at Garza Blanca for 5 nights. The rooms were nice and the beds very comfortable. Beach access was good, and the area was well maintained.
However, it didn’t feel like a true all-inclusive experience. There were limited food options available during the day, and dinner required reservations—which were really hard to get—so we ended up ordering room service instead.
There was little to no entertainment, especially compared to other all-inclusive resorts we’ve visited. It was also difficult to find a pool chair with a good view.
The food quality overall was good, but the drinks were just okay. We paid an additional $1,500 for the all-inclusive package for two adults and one child, and unfortunately, it didn’t feel worth the cost.

We spent 6 days at the hotel in April 2025. 3 adults and 2 kids. The room was beautiful, the pools were in great shape. The food options were plenty. The staff was amazing. Always smiling and helpful. We would definitely recommend! The only feedback would be: 1) a small playground for kids maybe next to the carousel would be good 2) there were no diaper changing stations for babies in the restrooms in the lobby.
