It was loud at every hour of the night, with children and adults laughing, screaming, and being disrespectful of others’ sleep. Unfortunately, staff did nothing to address the situation. To be fair I have stayed there before without an issue.

Muy buen servicio, el personal de limpieza, del restaurante el desayuno muy rico, en cuanto al traslado del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa los conductores brindaron una buena atención, todos muy muy amables y excelente servicio ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Solo tuve un detalle con los canales de televisión ya que no tenía internet y no le entendía, todo lo demás excelente 😝

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The outside area needs more attention and one of the beds looks like the sheets weren’t replaced after being used. Everything else I was pleased with. This is my second time here and if I have to come back I will do it.
