This hotel is awful. Never stay at this hotel. The TV doesn’t work, the phone doesn’t work, nothing in the room is functioning, I paid 300 USD per night and they would only give me one towel and I had to walk to the front desk to get it.

Unfortunately our flight was delayed and our luggage was transferred to another flight when I asked for toothpaste and a toothbrush, the staff indicated they did not have any which I think is not acceptable as this hotel is inside the airport and I am sure this is something that is very common to happen to travelers, so I was disappointed that being a 4 star hotel they did not have these items available for guests staying overnight.

The hotel room was very hot. The only way you could keep the air conditioner on was to keep the room key in the box that brings power to the room. ( The air conditioner barely worked it only went down 2 degrees the whole time we stayed. We asked for a extra room key and they made a huge deal and had to get the manager’s permission.

When i got to room i ate at restaurant and found 2 long hairs in my meal. i showed the waiter and was charged full price. Hostess asked me to add tip. I refused to tip. When I got my room There was candy and dust bunnies on the floor. I had to stay late and paid for 4 hours but was interupted 3 times by house keeoing in the last hour so i was unable to rest before my flight.

Feels dirty, staff won’t even try to help with pointers for next days connecting gates or flights, they won’t tell you so someone outside the corporation talks to you and give you a meeting place & time to meet hum in the eay to force you ride with him next day & collect the tips, thats how I saw the situation, this man tells you & try to convince you won’t make it from one terminal to another without his help, though he is nice , that’s what it looks like & I let them know that is my opinion, front desk people is the example of people companies don’t want to have & even worse if the company is in the travel & entertainment industry.

Check in was great. Staff are friendly and efficient.
My room looked internally into the airport. It’s was noisy. The black out curtains did not close all the way which was annoying.
Apart from the noise - the room was comfortable and well equipped.
