Todo muy bien con el Hotel y el personal es un 10/10 en atención y habitaciones. El único inconveniente el aire acondicionado de la habitación tenía muy mal olor.

No he podido hablar con nadie de Expedia, sus teléfonos no contestan y por su página tampoco, he enviado un mensaje por medio de su página, para informar que llegaré en la madrugada, para que no me vayan a cancelar mi reserva, y no he tenido contestación. Espero que al llegar no vaya a tener problemas. No volveré a contratar mediante Expedia.

Excellent option for flight leaving from Terminal 1 Mexico City AICM. Excellent staff and services. My room had a clogged sink though and the connecting-rooms door made the noisy neighbors loud and clear.

Las habitaciones huelen a caño, me hospedado varias veces en ese hotel y ya decidí cambiar de opción, porque aunque me cambian de habitación, el olor de caño no se quita
