Loved the staff, everyone at the Holiday Inn Isla location are incredible friendly, helpful and professional! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The area is very walkable many great restaurants and shopping near by. Also very close to Barra Vieja beautiful beaches.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Acapulco!

Hotel was clean and modern. Staff super friendly. Neighborhood very ugly. They announce it Holiday Inn “La Isla” which is a nice shopping center, but the hotel is located far away from it. It is in a very ugly neighborhood.
