Cuarto super limpio, agradable
Con el personal las camarerasa muy atentas y educadas ,en el lobby menos calidez(solo es un comentario) me trataron con amabilidad. En el restaurante igual un excelemte servicio, amables, atentos a lo que solicitaba.Lo unico que no me gusto el cuarto que me fue asignado se escuchaba terrible el ruido de los carros y pasaban sobre una cosa como de metal y el ruido espantoso no dormi muy bien.

Muy buen hotel, lo he visitado en varias ocasiones y siempre es muy agradable, lo único es que constantemente está en reparación y puede resultar un poco incómodo. Sin embargo, tampoco es algo intolerable, el staff muy amable y la limpieza que en lo personal es algo importante, muy buena.

We have stayed here every year over the years due to the overall property location and cleanliness. Staff we have encountered some extremely nice service and some not so great but never a terrible experience.
This time around our heater was not working properly and one call to front desk and they quickly addressed it. Will continue to stay here for future travels.

Absolutely one of the cleanest and nicest hotel we have ever stayed in for the price point . This Holiday inn has everything you could possibly need or want . The restaurant is pretty good for hotel food . The door man , front desk and housekeepers were always helpful and polite . We loved our stay .
