Hotel Alux Cancun

There are no dining options on the property, but there are plenty of local food options nearby. there is no microwave or refrigerator

La habitación estaba bien, está bien ubicada.

Fue una estancia agradable.

We arrived at 11:30pm in Cancun airport and reached the hotel front door by 12:10am. No one at front desk. We can see thru the locked door. We called 2-3 times, no one pick up phone. But there was someone behind us doing a midnight delivery. He was able to text front desk and 10 minutes later a lady came to open door and check us in. If there was no delivery guy there, we would have not got in. The delivery guy had the lady cellphone #. We have front desk number. We can hear the phone rings when we call hotel.

Very noisey. we expected some noise but this was over the top. Location is great though. Absolutely no english spoken!

Está cerca de la central pero no había agua caliente, solo fria y bien fria, no volvería a hospedarme a menos que no encontrase otra opción

Queria apenas um hotel ao lado do terminal ADO. Objetivo atingido, mas este hotel é muuuuito ruim. Atendimento péssimo, com os funcionários atendendo sem vontade, quarto ruim. A noite o barulho da rua não para, com polícia, alarme, gritaria, etc. Se tivesse que ficar por aqui de novo escolheria outro hotel. Ah, só aceita pagamento em dinheiro.

No hay papel de baño, la sabana de una cama manchada, la chica de recepción muy lenta

Older property which needs updating. No amenities, and the furnishings are old. Took a long time for the water to heat up in the shower. Air conditioning works but not well. Strong smell of cleaning products. Had to pay in cash. Only positive thing is that it is near the bus station and will do for overnight.

It was old school and an authentic experience. Don't ever let the chains take over. They Suck.!!

Todo bien por el precio pagado!

Very convenient location only meters away from the ADO bus station. Can’t beat the price and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Hot water and a fully air conditioned room is necessary in a humid place like Cancun.

Buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad

Todo excelente hasta que entras a la ducha, esta se encontraba bastante sucia y hasta con cabellos en la coladera, me dio asco meterme a bañar

The Hotel is located at convenient place around transportation specially ADO and shopping places. The only thing it wasn't too much hot water.
