Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Best service of housekeeping staff. Martha was a favourite! Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Easy to walk every where. Property is nice but a little like during morning hours.

The bed was terrible. Old mattress and sheets, it didn’t seem clean. There was lipstick on the rim of a glass. I took out a second one and that was dirty too. And there were ants on the counter. I did like how the property was charming. The courtyard was cute.

The reason for the poor rating is the room itself. The bed is terrible. I tossed and turned all night and got out of bed with back pain daily. The room (305) was dingy and very outdated. The room was lit up at night due from the lights in the outdoor area. There was a large step from the room to the bathroom. The water pressure was very low. There were ants on the dresser. Wi-Fi was sketchy at best. Common area was super noisy during the day. There’s a reason why they offer free earplugs. Toilet didn’t flush well. Usually took 2-3 flushes to clear a “#1”. Location is great. AC and ceiling fan worked well. TV picked up American channels from LA, NY, Miami, and Chicago.

Amazing amazing location. Be sure to try the bakery across the street.

This was an amazing stay on my trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The hotel is quaint and covered in beautiful fauna and flowers. The pool is nice, there is air-conditioning and fans in the rooms, and the staff is very nice and helpful. I would love to stay here again if I were to visit the area in the future, highly recommend!

Great property in the heart of the romantic zone. Very kind staff, room is cleaned daily, whole property is immaculate.

The hotel is near everything you possibly need and the housekeepers are just the best! Makes sure you tip them regularly as they switch floors daily!

I loved our stay. The courtyard is beautiful, staff was really good, check-in was great. The pool is small, but great for cooling off. The community kitchen is a great ammenity. Our room was clean. The stairs are a bit uneven so be careful if you had too many drinks. Would defintley come back :)

Charming older hotel soooo convenient to everything…beaches, dining, etc. the staff is exceptionally warm and Helpful. The hotel is older but with a great deal of charm with Mexicana decor. Only steps to the three floors. Refrigerator to rent if you want leftovers stored. Communal kitchen and fridge 4th floor. Lock boxes with refundable fee. WiFi spotty. Small pool.Would stay again in a minute!!!

Cozy little hotel

We stayed here for an entire week when we were on our vacation to Puerto Vallarta. We asked for a room upgrade and they gave it to us. They definitely need new mattresses. I lost a family heirloom necklace on this trip(please don't bring valuables, (leave them home) I had thought that maybe it got taken from the hotel room and they went above and beyond to send me all the cameras and logins to help me figure out that it must've got lost or maybe stolen when I was out on an excursion. I think someone may have bumped into me and taken it. Please do not take valuable jewelry on your vacation leave at home. The manager sent me all of the logins and camera footage and I was able to trace a timeline of when it may have gotten taken but it definitely was not at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you buy an excursion from the front desk make sure that they're not dropping you off different from the pick up. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Hotel Posada De Roger was very comfortable. It is in the thick of the gaybourhood with a great vibe, a plethora of dining and entertainment options, the Olas Altas farmers market on Saturdays, and a few blocks away from the beach. What more could you ask for? The swimming pool on the 2nd floor was a welcome respite from the hot sun, the shower was hot, and our room clean. There is a nice covered garden area to lounge in as well. the only down side was that the wifi was pretty much non-existent unless you aer downstairs sitting at red sofas at the entrance, so if you require wifi for work, this place is definitely not a good option.
