Hotel Posada is dated and Wi-Fi is terrible.
But staff is wonderful, breakfast was good, rooms were confortable and clean.

The property is very old!!! They show pictures of a renewed room and the reality is different. The breakfast was TERRIBLE and toooo expensive

I like that the room was extremely clean and the staff were always friendly and ready to help in anything I needed. The area is one of the best in Tampico and the hotel has a very nice pool. I didn’t like that there is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage through the stairs. Also; the washroom has only half a glass door and it is very small and you need to be careful not to get everything wet when you are taking a shower. They also have a shuttle to the airport which add value to the hotel, they picked me up on time and it is a big van. I found the restaurant a little bit expensive for the small buffet they have and that you need to wait for someone to serve the food to you even when it is a buffet. But again, customer service was extremely good and everyone working there were very helpful and friendly.

the room they gave us had a sewer drainage INSIDE the room! mattress are old and dirty and i haven't seen bed sheets so percussed/tarnished dirty looking in a while.
Same thing for towels ...
This Hotel needs to invest in their bed sheets, towels, and mattresses. its a Hotel, not a motel
This hotel does not have a security box inside the rooms ( at least not all rooms) if you want to secure your valuables< you need to take them to front desk ...
