Loreto Bay Golf & Sea at Baja

The property is beautiful. Most of the staff is very good but they don’t have enough personale at certain times. The beach and sorroundings are very good. I’ll recomend the stay

I love Loreto... It was a very relaxing week for me and I look forward to coming back. Carlos, the assistant manager and Alejandro the bartender were very helpful and went out of the way to accommodate me. Thank you!

Lovely Beach

Had a problem with front desk and bar area had terrible service. Rooms were nice and modern. Great beach lots of birds. Lol

The property needs more staff. We had a group of around 40 and they could not keep up with us at the pool bar. The rooms are were cleaned poorly. Without throwing the Hotel under the bus, there was some stuff found in one of the rooms as if no one had entered the room in years. Some sheets were dirty as well. The area is nice and quiet. Local restaurants at walking distance. Nice golf course.

Restaurant and Swimming Pool Bar food not that good. Personal employees need to be more hospitality and show that they love what they do. Food was serve late and not completed.

The property it self has seen better days but I love the location the beach it’s beautiful and the rooms are decent the little area Nopoló it’s quiet and cute…. I will come back because the location it’s awesome and quiet .

The beach…

The Beach…but staff need immediate customer service training, especially bar and restaurant area.

Clean room (for the most part), spacious, comfortable beds, good and safe location. The shower was spacious and with plenty of hot water. Will be going back and definitely recommend. Had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Toiletries were supplied. Nice pool with hot tub. Elevators for easy access to top floors. The only thing is I wish they would sweep UNDER the beds because it was super dirty under there.

This property has the potential to be a 5 ⭐️ resort. Lacking was people. The property and really restaurants were not staffed or supplied sufficiently. Food was limited, and of poor quality, so much that we did not consume what we ordered .. The apparently short staff who was there was nice and friendly. It is my thought that during busier seasons it coukd be much better

This resort was very nice in a great area with a BEAUTIFUL beach! Our room was very spacious with lots of space to spread out. The town itself was very pretty with many great restaurants and bars. It felt very safe. That being said, I believe this resort has a cash flow problem. The normal amenities like information about the room and resort, hand towels, wash cloths, gift shop or convenience store, etc were not provided. We did finally get hand towels after asking for them. The main grounds were well taken care of, but surrounding grounds maintenance was lacking. We were looking forward to using the pools and swim up bar, but the water was too cold to swim in. (not heated at all) The restaurant for lunch and dinners was only so so. The breakfast restaurant was terrible. My partner ordered sausage and eggs - he received overcooked eggs and 2 cold hot dogs! We ate almost all our meals in other restaurants in Nopolo and Loreto, which were really good. The location was really wonderful though and we were glad we didn't stay in town. It was a quick drive there when we wanted to go.

The staff is not accommodating. The jacuzzi was not operating and the pool was to cold. This was extremely disappointing. The event coordinator was rude and is really affected the experience. I travel yearly and this resort has the worst customer service. Especially the event coordinator. Defiantly not recommending.

The outdoors landscaping, view, and beach were amazing but the actual hotel room was a disappointment. The room needed a major remodel and upkeep. The shower did not drain and the water would be stagnant even after the water was off. The wooden window cover was broken. We reserved a suite with a hot tub and the outside balcony was dirty and the lounge chair cushions were ripped. Staff were not welcoming nor helpful. The lobby is hidden and there is no signage to where it is located once you drive in.

Noisy upstairs every night.

Upstairs noise was so annoying we couldn't sleep. Free Bottle water for only the first day. Fitness center closed. Spa Closed. Sports Bar Closed. Pool not heated. Towels Frayed & old. Shower did not drain. Sitting water in shower. Cockroach in Bathrm. Had to ask for Blankets. No free Continental Breakfast. Lamp by bed was broken. Tv was Small . NO Fox News... only CNN. Few Channels all in Spanish. Very windy. Front Desk had minimal staff. Only 1 person. Place needed painting. Tile work was chipped out everywhere. 1 elevator. Hot water took forever to warm up for shower. Had to ask for toilet paper...3rd time there... won't go again. Best thing was it's location by the ocean beach...
