Great staff and food!

Please avoid this hotel, it is a scam for the high price they charge. The 4 started and all inclusive promise is a full misrepresentation. Starting by the fact that if you arrive before 12.00 you cannot access the hotel and you need to figure it out on the town on your own. Once we managed to enter, I ordered some horchata water in the bar and they told me no, since it was only for lunch time, so much for all inclusive. The lunch is just a disgrace. First of all is a restaurant shared with a lower category hotel so I don't get the point of paying for an exclusive experience. Please see the pics for the quality of the food. Also, you need to ask the people serving the buffet 2 or 3 times for a proper portion. You will see that everyone ends up ordering a burger. Also, there variety of food is tiny. We decided to go the exclusive restaurant which only serves snacks for lunchtime and the pizza was just an insult as you can see in the photo. Any food you ask for in the exclusive restaurant takes at least 30 min (breakfast, lunch or dinner) since they have only 2 people cooking for more than 20 guests.. and they don't warn you about the waiting time. Once you get some food it is tiny portion and/or bearly eatable. They don't know about salt or any seasoning. All drinks are watered down or full of sugar. After complaining many times we managed to leave and get a refund for the nights we didnt spend thete. Also, be prepared to share the beach with all of Huatulco.

Our king suite room was like having a full condo, very nice, clean and we felt looked after. The pool on the patio was kinda cold but refreshing. Lots of security even though it wasn't needed. The bedding, beds and pillows were amazing.... bar staff always got it done.... we found the food was repetitive but it was always good... have lunch at the upper restaurant because it's so much better than the pool restaurant. The upper pool at Niru is very quiet and so nice to just relax... we give it 5 star😊

We absolutely loved our stay at Niru! The resort is small enough that it never felt overly busy and it also allowed us to meet and interact with many of the other guests. The pools and beachfront access were both amazing. The food was quite good but you are also so close to La Crucecita that you can walk or cab into town to experience the amazing street food and restaurants. This is a much quieter and more relaxing experience than what we are used to in PV, Cabo or Cancun. The staff an locals are incredibly friendly and we always felt very safe. Bring Pesos, not USD!!!

Great spot close to the city but easy access to beach. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean with great views. We had the master suite on the top floor and would definitely come back. The staff was very accommodating with having later flights and allowing us to use the facilities after checkout while holding our luggage.

Beautiful piece of Paradise. Superb room, Caring and attentive staff, Safe and clean at all times. We are planning to go go back

Room was amazing (ocean view), staff was so friendly, Eric was our favorite. Food selections were not extensive but good. Definitely worth staying here. Hotel just needs to update their procedures for the day you check out (all other all inclusives we've stayed at let you eat/drink until your shuttle arrives)

Room was amazing - my husband junior suite. Very very clean - comfortable bed and great ocean view. The staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable. Mr Amado was very courteous and welcoming. I will definitely return again.

Beautiful rooms nice stuff but the food was mediocre and the beach is busy

Los meseros no eran nada amables , un dia me toco el pollo malo tenia un olor horrible . Y por ultimo me hisieron un cargo de una tanla de planchar que supuestamente estaba quemada .. eso no es verdad!

Excellent food, very clean, great service. Very mellow; not a party hotel. Comfy bed. Two pools for hotel guests. 100% would recommend and stay here again.

Staff doesn't speak english. I wasn't shown or told how hotel operates. 3 elevators to get to room. crazy crowded with different hotel ppl during the day. food is terrible. takes long time to receive. beach not private. overcrowded with locals and the other hotels guests. they want you out quick on check out day. maid walked in to turn over room at 10am. front desk told me I had to go at noon. eventually after complained they wanted me to pay late check out. no room included in that. left stressed out and not happy

Everything about the property is great. Beach access. Room beds are great. Views if you get the right rooms are amazing. Staff is very friendly. Only downfall is the elevators. It’s nothing bad just weird. You’ll know what I mean if you stay there. But definitely book this hotel say don’t think about it. It’s worth it.
