One Mexicali

Very nice location, employees are so nice, location great close to night clubs restaurants.

It was just alright, not great, I have a couple issues first the beds are too small to accommodate two persons, then the showers are way too slippery, you really have to be careful, and the towels look too old.

Small rooms but good price. Breakfast was 10/10 my kids love it! The only issue we had, they don't have elevator ro the parking lot, so you have to carry your luggage to the lobby.

Great location and very quiet. Had no issues with parking and rooms were clean and equipped with what I needed.

Everything clean and fuctional, checking in and checking out was easy. The only thing that kinda wish it was different was that the windows were seal and I was not able to open a window or a breather for fresh air, but I know it could be a safety concern about it

Overall good, but could be more clean. My bathroom sink was dirty. You could tell it had not been washed.

Parking is small and hard especially when you’re in a full size truck. The bathroom is small as well.

During our stay check out is at 12pm approximately around 10:30 one of the staff was trying to enter the room which was worry sum and alerting

Carpets on floors need a good washing they were dirty

Everything was good. They need to wash carpets on each floor they are dingy and need replacement or just a good cleaning. Other than that all was really good

Not the best impression since the beginning. Very limited parking so we had to park in the Plaza building next door which did worry me but thank goodness nothing happened to our car. Front desk never greeted us when walking in nor when we went up to the counter. I had to speak out first and let them know I had a reservation. Maybe I'm being a little petty to some but it wasn't like that at all. I'm used to being greeted when I come in as a guest to any hotel or even a simple welcoming smile would've been great. It just seemed that they weren't to excited to work there. The gentleman that attended us when checking in didn't say much at all, I was the one asking questions and he just answered with short responses. Our room was in the 3rd floor and when going in the elevator it took us a while to figure out how to work it; they never mentioned we needed to use our room card to access the elevator. The rooms and bathrooms are kind of small and they do not have a refrigerator. The bed was somewhat comfortable but a little bit on the hard side, I had to ask for an extra pillow and when they did it didn't even have a pillow case. I'm usually not a complainer and takes a lot for me to say something but in case orher people want to know specifics before booking a stay, especially regarding parking. I will say that the cleaning man at the lobby was very nice. I will only book at this hotel if no other is available.

Room was dirty and had smoke stench.. towels were old and dirty, toilet did not flush properly.
