Good spot for centro Villahermosa. Cafes, restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Air-con worked.

Overall it was great, the reception personel was not friendly, my opinion, they are not happy with their job, when you ask a question, they are very short and cranky, specially the females, there is a guy on the late shift (went home st 11pm Xmas eve) he is the only person that has a smile. They need some customer service training or look for a different job.

We had an overnight layover when traveling by bus. We arrived by bus around 13:45. Unlike most other places we’ve been they’re strict about check-in time of 15:00. They were good about offering to hold our luggage until check-in. We walked around the area and got a bite to eat then check in went seamlessly. I had to ask for a 2nd towel but it was delivered quickly. Free breakfast is a nice option but also nothing special unless you pay for an upgrade. Overall a clean,comfortable spot in Viallahermosa central.

Central location. Park by curb to check in then go find the parking garage a couple of blocks along the street. You turn left down a controlled lane way and the garage is on your left. There is a small road sign with an E on it and One underneath. I missed it the first try and had to do a big loop to get back. A couple of blocks further up is an excellent Italian restaurant. Free use of laundry was nice.
