The Inn At Mazatlan

El hotel está en la zona dorada con restaurantes y comercios accesibles a pie. En la playa del hotel, las olas llegan hasta la pared del hotel, no hay espacio para estar en la arena, pero si te puedes meter al mar muy comodamente. El personal del hotel es muy atento y amable, pero el hotel no hace buen trabajo para tener todos los alimentos surtidos, por ejemplo de lo que ofrecen en la carta cuando estas en la alberca, no tenian pulpo, ni camarones, ni carne, ni queso, esto si es lamentable. Los cuartos son muy amplios, hay buen mobiliario, apesar de estar muy limpios, un dia nos salio un cucarachon en el baño.

Todo excelente , muy buen servicio , habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, un hotel muy cómodo y con todas las comodidades , a excepción del valet parking el mi retiro se tardaron 40 min próx de entregarme mi carro

Excelente ubicación, hotel en proceso de remodelación, pero con muy buena limpieza y áreas comunes & albercas en buenas condiciones, el acceso de la playa es conveniente, hotel totalmente recomendable

I want to give it a 10-10 but our curtains had holes the main bed room door had a hole as well out of our 7 day stay they came to fumigate our room like what who does this on guest. There was no do not disturb sign so there was a knock every day

Loved the views from our balcony and the mini apartment suite worked perfect for 4 girls

Se tardaron en darnos habitacion pero si nos compensaron con una bebida, el aire acondicionado si hace mucho ruido, y los camastros de una alberca ya estan un poco hundimos

El área de la alberca muy bien, solo el mantenimiento de la habitación con ruido exterior aún que tengo entendido que las están mejorando

The inn mazatlan! Both my husband and I had a great experience. The luxury ocean front view room was clean/spacious/comfortable with an amazing view! Their pool area is amazing you are only steps away from the beach. What really stood out was the staff Everyone I interacted with from valet, front desk to housekeeping — was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our pool waiter Luis is amazing he truly offers great customer service and he really made us feel welcomed. The location is conveniently located in the zona dorada area which has many restaurants, shops. It’s about a 15minute walk to letras de mazatlan if that’s helpful to anyone. There’s tons of vendors literally steps away from the pool Overall, I’d definitely recommend THE INN to anyone looking for a modern friendly staff personnel that will make your stay a pleasure able one I’ll gladly return on my next visit! No me gustan los cuartos viejos

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We booked a family suite at The Inn at Mazatlán for our vacation with our two kids, my husband, and my mom, expecting something comfortable and family-friendly. Instead, we were hit with a nightmare. The first room we were given was full of mosquitoes, literally flying around and biting us. The room also had a terrible moldy/musty smell that made it hard to breathe. We complained immediately, and while the staff wasn’t rude, they didn’t do much to fix the situation. They moved us to a second-floor room, but it was just as bad, same awful smell, and still had bugs. To make matters worse, the toilet in that room was clogged. I asked to be moved again and was shown multiple other rooms — all of them had the same terrible odor. Clearly, this is a major issue with their HVAC system, and the entire hotel feels like it’s overdue for a deep cleaning. The front desk kept telling me the only thing they could offer was “the same room on a different floor.” It was obvious that this is just how the whole hotel is- not clean, not comfortable, and definitely not what we paid for. We couldn’t relax at all, and I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online. This place needs serious maintenance and accountability. I rarely write reviews, but travelers deserve to know the truth.
