From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. All staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. This will definitely be our go to hotel for all our trip to Mexico City.

The We Hotel is very close to the airport's terminal 1 (less than a 10-minute walk) and to a subway station (3 minutes away). It was surprisingly quiet despite the proximity to the airport though the area is typical of what you might expect around an airport (but totally fine from a safety standpoint). The hotel does the job in terms of cleanliness and updated rooms. For those who need or choose to stay by the airport this is a great choice.

no transportation from airport, room looked nothing like the photos, my mother had a frosted window to a wall, they charged extra to get into a room that was available! $200!!

It is fine as a place to stay walking distance from the airport. they also offer free airport shuttle. I would probably try somewhere else next time I had a flight

Transport service only available for drop off. I booked this hotel because of previous stays when pick up and delivery to hotel was available.
Seems they use uber as transports, nothing against uber drivers, but not professional from a hotel.
