I liked the location and overall cleanliness of the hotel. However, after I booked, I was disappointed to receive a message saying the only provide shuttle to the airport and not from the airport to the hotel since the description says shuttle is included. The room conditions were good, but we had no working AC, the remote was missing the battery cover. We were given a fan, but it did not fix the issue. We were told we could ask to move rooms, but they had none available in the morning and made the change in the evening when we got back. The staff was kind and at the end met our needs, but it was an inconvenience to switch rooms.

I liked the hotel. The only thing that I dislike was that when I booked I was told breakfast included and that I would have transportation to and from hotel which I didn’t get😥
I only was taken back to airport
I had to pay $400 pesos for my transport to the hotel. Not happy about that nor for paying the breakfast

It looks pretty old. I only stayed for a night and somthing was buzzing all night in the hall. Is not bad but is not great either.
