Everything! Cleanliness and friendly. The room was cleaned daily and Fany the lady that cleaned our room did an excellent job 👏 🙌 👌. Front desk personnel were great 👍 👌 👏. Walking distance to Everything the churches, markets and plenty of places to eat comfortably

Bed was excellent! Very convenient with shuttle and being close to airport for a late arrival. Staff was very helpful and kind. Only dislike was breakfast, it was not tasty nor looked good.

The staff saves the property. They are courteous and take care of things in a timely manner. However the property is run down. The toilet wasn't clean, the sink was clogged, the blind was stuck, someone had to come in and fix it, and the curtains were all ragged.

OMG shuttle service it's a nightmare 1 hour and 20 minutes since I call them to get yo my hotel, you shouldn't advertise shuttle service this is ridiculous, the hotel is what you pay next time I better pay little more for a better and faster shuttle

La regadera necesita limpieza profunda. En especial la cabeza de la regadera (shower head) y el tanque del inodoro también debiese ser bien limpiado y desinfectado. Pues huele mal.
