Wyndham Garden Monterrey Aeropuerto

We stayed one night due to a late arrival from our return flight and we had to park our vehicle in the next hotel that is connected to them as they were saturated. In the morning, we were well within the breakfast time limit by at least 25 minutes and they stopped refilling the food stations ( tortillas, side dishes, etc) which affected us and deveral other families trying to have breakfast. I had to report that to the front desk, then After about 5 minutes, someone that never introduced himself( we assume it was a manager) asked us very unpolitely “-what do you want??” And I responded that we expected the all the included breakfast items to be available until the due time and nothing else, but his response was directed to us again instead of listening to the general request; he kept asking us what we wanted and after we responded just some more side dishes ( beans, etc) he directed a kitchen employee to bring us a small bowl with refried beans, ignoring the rest of the customers in the dining room. This person needs to get reprimanded to be better trained in customer service skills and also to instruct the kitchen staff to respect the time window when breakfast is offered.

We got to our room almost at midnight and they were very accommodating. Got the shuttle from the airport to drop us off at tbe hotel. We got our rooms very quick but one room smelled a bit humid (dirty) and the other had 2 open soda drinks there and no soap to wash hands or shower

Convenient hotel located close to the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle service that I believe runs 24/7 or close to it. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the shower pressure was quite low and the breakfast was very mediocre. However, the hotel served its purpose and I would stay here again.

I wouldn’t walk around too far but the area is not bad. There are some restaurants around the area that you could walk to. The airport service is ok, not as accessible as I am use to but they run every hour. The hotel itself was great.

I don’t like the room

It was great for our layover. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was very good.

Slow check-in, long lines, and only 1 person at the front desk. A descent free breakfast and great airport transfer.

Carpet smelled like vomit in room, the shuttle took over an hour to pick us up and the front desk clerk takes care of multiple things so the wait is just unbelievable. The room is very small. Just bad experience.
