เป็นโรงแรมที่ผมประทับใจมากๆตั้งแต่ที่ผมเดินเข้ามาตั้งแต่ก้าวแรก พนักงานที่นี่มีหัวใจแห่งการให้บริการจริงๆ ทำออกมาจากหัวใจเขาเอง ทำให้ผมรู้สึกถึงความจริงใจนั้น ในทุกเช้าๆตื่นมาจะเจอพนักงาน พนักงานทุกคนจะกล่าวทักทาย Good morning ทุกๆคนที่เจอ พนักงานที่นี่บริการอย่างยอดเยี่ยม สุภาพ คอยแนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในย่างกุ้ง เวลาจะไปสถานที่ต่างๆก็คอยเรียกแท็กซี่ให้ และห้องพักที่ผมได้รับ สะอาด สวยงาม อุปกรณ์ครบครัน เห็นวิว ชเวดากองด้วย ผมประทับใจมากๆกับโรงแรมนี้ โรงแรม 4 ดาวแต่ทุกๆอย่างเหมือนโรงแรม 5 ดาวเลย และวันที่ผมเข้าพักตรงกับวันเกิดผมพอดี ซึ่งทางโรงแรมได้ทำเซอร์ไพรส์วันเกิดให้ผมด้วย โดยนำเค้กมาให้ ตอนกลับมาจากไปเที่ยวข้างนอกพนักงานที่ล็อบบี้สอบถามหมายเลขห้องของผม ผมกับแฟนก็งงๆว่าเราไปทำอะไรผิดไว้ไหม เลยถามเขาว่า Why? แต่พนักงานแกล้งทำเป็นไม่รู้ว่าเราพูดว่าอะไร 555 น่ารักมากครับ ผมสอบถามพี่ๆพนักงานที่เอาเค้กมาให้ว่ารู้ได้อย่างไรว่าเป็นวัดเกิดผม ทางโรงแรมตอบว่าดูมาจากพาสปอร์ตของผมเอง ซึ่งโรงแรมแห่งนี้ใส่ใจกับรายละเอียดเพียงแค่เล็กๆนี้ ทำให้ผมประทับใจมาก ผมขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้จริงๆครับ ไม่เพียงแต่โรงแรมดี เป็นโรงแรมที่เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ห้าง แหล่งช็อปปิ้ง ใกล้แหล่งอาหารที่อร่อยด้วยครับ ครั้งหน้าถ้ามีโอกาสมาเที่ยวย่างกุ้งอีกครั้งหรือหลายๆครั้งผมก็จะกลับมาโรงแรมเบสท์ เวสเทิร์น ไชน่าทาวน์ แห่งนี้แน่นอน ไม่เปลี่ยนใจไปไหนอีก

The room is awesome. It is a lot better than we expected. All staff at the hotel are very nice to us. Breakfast also great. Many kind of foods to choose. Next time in Yangon, I will stay here again.

雖然酒店有點歷史了，但是維護的還不錯。房間確實也小了點，但是設備都齊全。最重要的是早餐挺不錯的，菜色豐富也有變化。鄰近唐人街、百貨公司、翁山市場值得推薦住宿的。

酒店位置在唐人街，酒店旁有一間便利店方便買食物。距離昂山市場步行大約15分鐘，到大金塔車程約十分鐘，職員服務不錯的，很主動！來到checkin時也有一杯welcome drink,我們淩晨4:00離開到機場，職員將早餐打包讓我帶走相當貼心，早餐味道不錯，房間基本上日用品都有，有點舊，廁所有點臭味，水壓熱水一般，走時發現有一隻小蟑螂在房內，但要走沒有理會，整體還是舒適地點方便的！

除位於唐人街, 屬較老舊的區域, 門面看來小小的, 但一踏進Lobby, 就可感受到(設計感). 一進房, 是非常新的房間, 空間大, 浴室大, 出差人最在意的插座, 連USB插孔都有, 房內燈光調整很實用,早餐是很好很好的, 沒有像大型5星排場那麼的大, 但是個讓人很滿意的餐, 選擇多又好吃. 員工熱心, 臉上掛著微笑, 除了兩點: 1) 電梯只有一座, 有時等稍久 2) 這個區域較老舊(但去各景點都很方便)

Hotel hall too small. Good breakfast and convenient location. Bathroom facility not that clean. But hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Pity that no transportation can be arranged to and from airport. No physical fitness facility. Also no local tour and advisory facility is provided. Street view has wide horizon. Hotel lift very slow. Shower water pressure and toilet flushing not strong enough .but overall assessment is satisfactory given good price
