1. 欣賞酒店的執房員、整潔及有禮貌，並為顧客設想，我中間有一天沒有安排房間執拾，他們出了張memo 表示48小時後會入房檢查；翌日安排了清潔房間，fill up 了這兩天沒有補充的物品。
2. 欣賞酒店服務質素，我漏了件褲子在酒店，立即有電郵提醒我。
3. 酒店的服務有程序可循，而且盡量做到照顧顧客需要。
美中不足
1. 缺乏人情味道，我們帶了$200歐來，只是說不收，沒有詳細教導我們如何兌換。我們在附近超市及鐵路遇到同一問題時，對方的服務員好熱心解答。酒店前台略欠人性化。
2. 周圍的環境及房間仍有大麻味道，特別是窗簾。
4. 安排房間時安排了最低一層，太嘈吵，而且安排了在走廊必經的第一間房，出入皆見到，保安存疑，但貼心之處是在1樓房間前有道門需門卡才可以進入，而解決了同層所有人都可出入的保安漏洞。房間安排應該是一直以來最差的安排。

酒店地理位置是挺好的就在火车站旁，但比较不便的是早餐的地方是与另一个酒店公用的，如果预订时没有要早餐，去到餐厅需要付现金或刷卡不能挂房费，也正因为大堂是与另一间酒店紧挨着，所以容易找错门

We had been told the water and drinks in the fridge are not free when we checkin. But the staff next day told my everything in the fridge is free. The shower room has no shower curtain or glass door, it is a bit annoying that the floor would be wet all the way. Hope they place a door in shower room.

辦理入住時，櫃檯２位黑髮女性只顧著彼此聊天（確認不是在聊公事），完全忘記他前方有位客人正準備辦理入住，退房時完全沒有笑容，跟你說話時，連眼神都不會注視你。水準低劣。
總結：
很喜歡飯店位置與設備，以付出的費用相比，十分超值!!
但櫃檯人員完全毀了我對這間飯店及Accor品牌的觀感。
我們都很喜歡荷蘭這國家
但基於糟糕的櫃檯人員服務，讓我們此段旅行的心情有點遺憾。

飯店離Amsterdam Sloterdijk站步行約5分，離阿姆斯特丹中央車站1站距離，離國際機場2站距離，很方便；房間內有熱煮爐，可泡茶，還有膠囊咖啡機可泡咖啡；床鋪睡起來很舒適，注意城市税要不刷卡，要不要將零錢準備好，飯店不找錢

Pretty close to rail station and bus terminal and price are more affordable that hotels in Centraal. Outside the hotel front door, there is stair and the road is uneven, it's totally inconvenient to traveller carrying heavy luggage or the disabilities. Lift is shared by the hotel and the adjacent building. Room is dark and need improvement to prevent floor getting wet after taking shower (same as another hotel in Amsterdam, not sure if it's their style).

My room key has been deactivated for three days! Every time I back hotel, I still need to take a long time to queue for the activation of my room key! That’s really inconvenient to the guest! I have asked to change a new card! But the staff asked me not to put the card together with other cards of electronic devices! Actually I did put it separately!

很喜歡飯店位置與設備，以付出的費用相比，十分超值!!
但櫃檯人員完全毀了我對這間飯店及Accor品牌的觀感。
我們都很喜歡荷蘭這國家
但基於糟糕的櫃檯人員服務，讓我們此段旅行的心情有點遺憾。

My room key has been deactivated for three days! Every time I back hotel, I still need to take a long time to queue for the activation of my room key! That’s really inconvenient to the guest! I have asked to change a new card! But the staff asked me not to put the card together with other cards of electronic devices! Actually I did put it separately!
