The bed was amazing. Room was big for European standards. The restaurant was great and very accommodating when we showed up ten minutes before closing, exhausted and hungry. Overall we would definitely stay again.

The hotel and room was basically fine. The only problem was I booked a room for 2 adults with 2 kids, but the room was for only 1 kids. We made the other sofa bed by ourselves, after all it is not difficult. However, when we told front desk about this, and just asked for additional blanket, nobody apologized and only told us that we should called them to fix this. Ok, I think I should not do your job, right? This is not firendly at all. Also, during check in, the staff was absolutely speaking very coldly.

Goed ontvangst met gelukkig een early check-in & persoonlijke noot van de receptionist. De kamer was netjes en compleet, lekker ruim, mooi uitzicht echter helaas niet op De Kuip. Goede douche, voldoende ruimte en aanwezielge Rituals shampoo & douchegel. Helaas een luid functionerende airco unit dus slapen met oordoppen in. Uit zetten was een optie alsnl de kamer niet zo warm was met bijna 24°C. Bar beneden goed toegankelijk, behulpzaam personeel en goed assortiment. Ontbijtbuffet goed ruim opgezet en aangepast aan de gasten, tijdslot ruimschoots geschikt voor een rustig ontbijt ook als je moeite hebt met wakker worden ;-)
