Me gusto mucho el hotel, esta en una zona tranquila y cerca de la estacion del metro desde donde puedes trasladarte a todos lados sin problema alguno. La atencion y limpieza del hotel tambien fueron buenas.

I love the hotel. Great location, the train station is 5 mins walk to the hotel and you are away from the craziness of the center. Stuff are great. The guy from the bar was great, provided good recommendation about restaurants and place to go

Great location near the metro to get to where you need to go! Amsterdam is a great walkable city. We enjoyed walking to the water near the hotel. Exploring the neighborhood around it. Great restaurants nearby and at the hotel. Comfy rooms. New technology. Really enjoyed the Ruby hotel.

Hotel is a few metro stops from centre of Amsterdam. Ideally located away from crazy crowds! Took 6mins to get to the centre and back. Hotel room we had was ‘the loft’ … lovely big room with huge memory mattress bed, massive bathtub and double shower. All state owned f the art modern and such a comfortable night sleep. Loved every minute. There are tea/coffe and fridge in every room and also an extra coffee station on every floor with instant hot and cold filtered water. Iron board and iron etc. You choose a free drink (anything from menu) or to have your room cleaned. For sunny staying 3 nights we opted for awesome cocktails! The room is operated by iPads inside which change different tones for lighting, tv, temperature and external automatic shutters. Staff were so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Would stay here again

Great hotel that is 5 metro stops from the centre of Amsterdam (15 minutes). The rooms are a good size with great amenities, quiet with blackout blinds. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Great hotel! Only a ten minute metro ride to central Amsterdam. 2 minute walk to the metro station. Quiet area. Beautiful clean rooms! Would stay here again.

Was a decent room, i got the ‘wow’ room, but what was a disappointment is that the cleaner never took the bins we left in our room. At 1 point they even took the bags out of the bathroom bin, which was the only bin in our room, and left the bags on top of where we hang our jackets, which is also in the bathroom. Very dissatisfied with that, first time ever staying at the Ruby hotel, not sure if i would return. We werent even allowed glasses to take to our room? Instead they gave me coffee cups? I was celebrating my anniversary with my wife and had to drink wine from a coffee cup, how romantic. Honestly was quite taken back at the service and not in a good way! Thinking about it now wholst writing this message i definitely wont be coming back unless some sort of accountability is taken and some sort of compensation is given.

I would stay here again! The rooms are great and it’s close to the metro station.

Everything was perfect from the front desk and bar people to the room nice a clean.

Stayed here for 7 nights and 6 days with my fiancé. Overall, I think it’s a great place just outside of the Centraal because of how close it is to Spaklerweg station (15 mins away from Centraal station). Also, we loved the elevators system, the quick and easy check-in and check-out procedures, as well as the attentive and kind staff! However, because it’s in the outskirts/suburbs of the city, you don’t get to enjoy Amsterdam’s nightlife as easily as you would if you stayed around Centraal. Another con would be how thin the walls and doors are - we could always hear people in the hallway as well as our next door neighbours beside us. Finally, the last “con” / area for room for improvement would be the breakfast options. Although they have all you can eat breakfast, there wasn’t much variety. Off the top of my head from memory, I believe they just had: fruits (grapes, pineapple, bananas, and melon), hard boiled eggs (they didn’t serve eggs in another way) bread (bagels, toast, croissants, pain au chocolate, and mini powdered jelly donuts), then 3 types of sliced cheese, and 2 or 3 types of cold cuts. They also had coffee, tea, and juice on the side. In short, would have loved some hot plate options like dutch pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc. for a more filling meal.

What a fantastic room! Very well equipped and in good distance of the metro to get around. Staff were always very helpful and the bar was superb! Thank you.

A beautiful room, beautiful hotel, luxury rooftop. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stated in Europe thank you.

This hotel is AMAZING! It’s 3 mins away from the Metro station (Spaklerweg station). It takes you straight to central station. There is a metro every 5 mins and the trip takes about12 mins to go to central station. The room is super spacious and very modern. It’s sparkling clean and there is housekeeping everyday. There is an iPad for climate control and lights (or you could use the switches). There is also a walk-in shower (two shower heads). It’s incredibly comfortable and luxurious. A steal for the price! There is also a nice breakfast (two price options).

This hotel is incredibly modern and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed and treated like family. The rooms are also so clean and modern. We loved the black out shades, how everything was controlled from an iPad and how spacious the room was. I also loved how easy the train was to access nearby. It's also a quiet area so you can definitely get some rest. I highly recommend this property!
