Nice room, clean and comfortable. Nice view of Eindhoven.
Lifts are on the slow side, TV had limited offer and shower splashing over the whole bathroom (draining on the floor).

The heating wasn’t working properly and I got a cold after 3 night stay. All other hotels were booked, so I couldn’t move. They don’t have maintenance available on the weekend for immediate fix. When I first told about the issue, I was laughed at - like it’s me that’s the problem, not used to European winter.
Furniture is old, there are scoffs on the tv table and holes in chair fabric and pillow.
The sink was clogged - again no maintenance to fix over the weekend.
Food mediocre. Asked and paid for an egg on top of avocado toast - they forgot it.

I was met with a glass of Prosecco at check-in. Loved the hotel. Nice bed, fluffy covers. The only thing is that it was quite noisy in the morning when everybody started to exit their rooms.

Hotel staff fine. Room was dated. Hardly any room cleaning. Didn't top up tea and coffee . Didn't take dirty glasses away. The cleaner was in the room as bins emptied. Didn't replace loo roll. Shame really.

As per all social hubs another great stay, sadly next to it there was a building site doing piling from 7:30am
But other than that very helpful and polite staff and very convenient to both airport bus and train station

We arrive late after midnight. The night time receptionist very efficiently sort rooms and entrancee to the hotel for us.The Social Hub is a resonably price great hotel. Have stayed there several times already.

I guess I must like this place. This was my 3rd visit and I plan to do two more in the very near future. It a reasonable cost friendly hotel located centrally in Eindhoven which is a gem of a place.

We stayed a few nights prior to a music event. Right next to the train station, the staff were extremely friendly, welcome and leaving drinks, very modern mentality, food and shopping 1 min walk!

Nice hotel, right in the centre of town. Comfortable bed and pillows, nice quiet room.
No milk in room, or English tea ?
Air conditioning did not work well and of course it was noisy with window open.
Basin didn’t drain quickly
Otherwise we loved it !

Right next to the train station with easy access to shopping and dining. This is part hotel, part student dorm. Breakfast was delicious, packs of free condoms in our room was weird.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Room was a good size, clean, had a kettle, tea and coffee and mini stroopwafels, complimentary water. Very convenient right next to Eindhoven station.
