Cute boutique style hotel. Not in the best area, but has supermarket nearby, so that was very convenient. Overall will give 4 stars ✨

It was a clean very small room. Staff was excellent but the area around the building going to the parking was very dark and dirty and not well kept. We were there for one night, so it suited its purpose and the price was hard to beat.

I found it through a search on Expedia and it was fine! I would stay here again if we came back to Aruba. We were in a small, if not reasonably sized room with everything that a couple would need to vacation in a warm climate. The room was very clean and up-to-date. There were small walled off / frosted glass-enclosed toilet & shower areas, and a comfortable bed. The mini-split dehumidified and cooled the room satisfactorily. It's only 10 minutes from AUA. Since we're walkers we found it was only a 20-minute walk to the main shopping district and one of the main bus terminals on the island. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. The facilities were clean and well maintained. And our room was reasonably priced! Really couldn't ask for more!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it was an easy 15 minute walk to the Renaissance hotel area. The veranda area was nice. I did get some noise from ( I believe) the kitchen area that was under my room at 5:30 am, but generally it was quiet. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room for piece of mind I would stay there again

You are in the middle of downtown. Many restaurants are in walking distance. As long as you have a car, you can go to any beach in Aruba within 30 minutes

This hotel has big problems with the services. 1. There is no hot water in the room to take shower. There is no technician coming to fix it. 2. There is nobody working in front desk in the night time. 3. There is only one security person who works in the lobby but does not speak English. 4. They changed to a smaller room without closet and the place for luggage to provide hot water in very late night. 5. The manager and the owner excused for very long time until 12:15am but did not provide solutions, wasted of my sleeping time, and messed my traveling plans. So, this hotel has big problems with services and safety issues. I recommend customers don’t book it, report to the associated government and organizations to investigate it.

My family and I love the hotel. Super clean and modern rooms. I love my bedroom´s lights. I love there was free coffee and tea (24 hours). Lovely staff, very nice people. Very helpful, they speak Spanish and English. We really like the hotel, I already recommended it to my friend who is going to Aruba soon. Around the area we could find restaurants (Aruban, Colombian, Argentine, American, and Chinese food). I will stay there again.

The hotel is awesome. The woman at the front desk is more awesome. The very first thing I encountered was a man in front of me being told that his company didn’t order him a rental car through the hotel. He was disappointed. She offered to let him use HER car for two hours for free! I was stunned. The hotel is under construction. Know that going in and you won’t be disappointed. I was on the second floor. There is an open area on the first floor roof to enjoy the breeze. There was free coffee always ready. The bad: if you need absolute quiet, you won’t enjoy this hotel. You can hear people walking and talking down the hallway. But, you’re most likely looking at this place for the price - if you need absolute quiet, go pay $800 more for an over-rated hotel two blocks away…. Put in some earplugs if you need them (it wasn’t THAT bad) and smile knowing that, while those other suckers spent a fortune on their hotel, you just paid for your entire vacation with what you saved on this one. And you’re a ten minute walk from great restaurants, docks, beach, souvenirs. Anything more and you’ll need to have a rental car anyway. For which - free parking. This hotel was perfect for the price. I’ll most likely call it home base next time I’m here. The friendliness and generosity of the owners MORE than make up for the hiccups.

My score & review tempered somewhat by the realization the price was a 1/4 or less what other properties with similar scores were charging which is why it gets 3 stars. I don’t understand all the 10s being awarded. My last stop before returning home on a 4 week trip through South America. This hotel was more than twice what I spent on average and was by far the worse property. There is so much wrong: Far from beach and things of interest, in the midst of a remodel to become a “boutique” hotel. On check in, I found it odd the front desk had to go check my room before they could give me the keys. The room was mostly remodeled and TINY! So much so I cut my leg open on the sharp wood of the bedframe walking around it as there was only about 12” of space. The AC wasn’t working, there was no remote for it. As we were walking up to the room I was asked if I minded if they came in to do remodeling work that evening, not something you want to hear after hours of travel. They clearly saw how irritated I was and moved me into a “deluxe” room at no additional charge. But oh my! Furniture out of the 70s that made no sense how it was laid out, can’t flush toilet paper, only tap temp. water in sink, and shower water temp. preset. No deadbolt for the door, no safe, no real place to hang clothes, 2 hangers provided. Noisy as it right next to the public veranda and also facing the adjacent gas station. Restaurant is a rip off, if they have the menu item at all and SLOW, 25 min for a wrap.
