I liked that the owner rang me about my room preference and kept in contact about our arrival time. The room was spacious for a studio. The level of cleanliness was good. The bed was a little hard but I managed to get some sleep.

Gary in the office let us check in before two as we had to go on the shuttle bus at 1pm to Kapiti concert.
I arranged beforehand and he said he would phone on the day to confirm which he did.

Unit clean and tidy, but bathroom area looked tired. Could do with upgrade. Ha the basics for an overnight stay. Person at reception grabbed the incorrect guest form and almost overcharged me. It wasnt until i questioned the price, he looked up in his system and saw he handed me someone's room. Time to retire?
