The location is within walking distance from the airport. The bed was very comfortable. The room was small but that was all I needed. The restaurant beside the Ibis was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff at all times were first class and nothing was a problem for them. The room was small but I was only there for one night so not a biggy. Very clean and so quiet.

Ibis should change the name from Budget to Basic! A very “functional” hotel 900m from Auckland airport. Room was small and basic. Bed was on casters which kept moving about. Only space for luggage was on the floor. Clean and tidy, but most of the room taken up with the bed.

The only reason to stay here is that it is next to Auckland Airport. The rooms are microscopic. Probably OK if you're on your own but it's a challenge if there are two of you!

Probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Rooms are tiny, beds are like concrete, no comforts at all. Tiny TV and the bedside lights don’t work.
Noisy all night.

Stay was great for the proximity to the airport. Staff were friendly and the restaurant next door was also brilliant. Would recommend for anyone needing to crash for a night before/after a flight. Only downside was the small room which made it difficult to open two suitcases, but it manageable for a night

Was perfect for sleeping between flights but the rooms are very small, no room toput your suitcase out on thr floor to get clothes out so very tight with 3 of us trying to get ready in the morning. But very clean and felt safe there
