Great location and comfortable beds. Perfect for an overnight while traveling

Very convenient and good quality accommodation. Check in was a bit hairy. The receptionist advised there was no record of my booking and I had to bring it up on line to prove it. It was then found on a pre-prepared printed card with my name on it.

Short over nighter headed for home.

A nespresso machine would really help travelers who must arrive and depart outside of the cafe hours, and allow them flexibility if they’re exhausted, mobility challenged, etc. Thanks

I didnt like the lack of valet parking. I wasted 30 minutes driving around in circles at Lot E to find a spot that wasn't a handicapped stall. Then had to walk back to the hotel. Not a huge deal as the weather was fine but I'm an older man with COPD. We did enjoy our dinner at the hotel. The serving staff were very friendly. The maitre d should emulate the servers. The front desk staff were excellent. And the bell boy was the most help, in explaining the car park situation to a new left side of the road driver. Richard Legge

Nice and clean, I did feel like someone was trying to enter my room, it might of been next door, but it did frighten me.

Short walk from the international terminal at Auckland airport. Friendly staff, fine restaurant/bar and clean, quiet rooms.

I didn’t stay, stop p sending me these emails. I tried to cancel but you never got back to me.

The staff at restaurant not very helpful and felt very scrutinised by maitre de for breakfast ie pricing and method for paiment not taking his eyes of me and my wife all the time we were having breakfast, at times is better not to judge the book by its cover not very happy.... felt we were been profiled 😮‍💨otherwise a great expirance the staff at bar the day before were great fan and helpful great food room serves was prompt and delicious

TV quite difficult to navigate!

The room had a frosted glass toilet door and shower wall, so that you could be seen on the toilet or in the shower from the bed area.

It was great. I stayed here on arrival and going home. the buffet breakfast is amazing and the room is nice. I had the same person for each check in and found her not very pleasant or welcoming but everyone else was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend staying, especially before and after a long flight
