Everything is great, the service, the cleanliness, the hotness of the shower water, comfyness of the bed, etc. except the hairdryer has hairs tangled in the cable and the handle of the hairdryer itself which made the experience slightly unpleasant that’s it. Everything else was great.

位置離皇后鎮機場非常近，附近有完整的購物機能，對於要租車還車或要趕飛機的旅客都很方便。 重點是房間乾淨有設計感，空間大，櫃台親切專業也熱於助人。 缺點是門口不好找，藏在購物中心裡，需要再標示清楚些 若是想在皇后鎮市中心步行的旅客，這住宿點距離會太遠

離機場很近，天氣好可以步行30分鐘去機場。或請櫃檯預約計程車，10分鐘左右到機場，大概25紐幣車資。Frankton是新商圈，飯店周邊吃的用的連超市都有，非常棒的點。櫃檯很親切，房間又大又乾淨，真是太好了。

Clean and close to facilities

All good except for the Fire Alarm going off (nearby restaurant) and having to evacuate.

Easy location to the supermarket and some key stores along with a few eating optiona

The room was very small. The beds were soft and seemed older than they should be. Cheap linens and pillows. No rubbish bin in room and the only one, in the bathroom, wasn’t emptied. The bathroom did not have a fan nor a toilet brush. The toilet seat was too small for the base. The shower was an open stall so the floor got wet half the time. Reception was nice and friendly but for the money, go elsewhere.

Great place and location

After flying in late just what we needed. Great location to what we needed. Had the most comfortable sleep ever, and the pillows were so good. Great place to rest

Beds are reslly comffie. House keeping staff needs some work. They knocked on my door at 5 o'clock at night wanting to clean Restaurant food was not the best and really expensive. Very good location handy to everything

Great modern hotel with excellent family suite, kind staff, and located centrally to all the Queenstown lakes region has to offer.

We stayed here for one night before an early morning flight, and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is functional and conveniently located in a commercial area near the airport and the main road connections in Frankton — ideal for a quick overnight stay. The room was new, clean, and well-organized, though the view was just of a wall and the nearby road. The surroundings include a supermarket and a shopping center, which might be useful for some guests, although we didn’t use them. Overall, not a place with charm or atmosphere, but very practical for a short, efficient stay.
