At first, I was worried because I already booked the property before I even saw the bad reviews. But to my surprise, it wasn’t bad after all. I booked the property on the day of our stay, and was expecting for a late check-in. To our surprise, one of their staff called me and made sure that we can still be able to check-in smoothly even after the check-in time.
We enjoyed our stay because our room was clean and our view of the lake is just breathtaking. We will surely gonna come back. Thank you.

就在湖对岸，景色还不错，设施也比较全，符合motel正常标准，就是正好是圣诞节，去的时候reception已经没有人了，check out的时候也没有人，最不理解的就是无线给了一张20号入住人家用的没有流量的密码

The mattress was the second worst mattress, we have had in eighteen days of bookings.
It was very flat and you ended up sleeping on the base, literally.
There was mould in the toilet bowl.

This property is very old and run down, looks like it's on the brink of closing its doors. We chose to stay there for a one night stay while transiting in/out of Milford Sound. In all honesty, just stay in Te Anau as there are way more options in that town. The room was so hot during the day. The shower was horrendous, it was either freezing cold or scalding your skin off, we literally couldn't stand under the water stream. There's limited places to get drinks/ food in this little town. It's cheap, so there's that, haha.
