As always, an pleasant and comfortable stay, and excellent value for money, with exceptional customer service. Was upgraded to a suite upon arrival, sadly we found water coming in from outside during torrential rain which we informed of upon check out (found out when going sleep, but it didnt affect our stay too much other than soggy socks when closing the curtain). One of the most comfortable beds and pillows, so plush. Beautiful buffet breakfast the following morining, with again exceptional staff (I didnt catch the ladies name on breakfast duty, but she was very accomodating and friendly towards us all, and made our stay even more inviting). Was then able to make the most of the heated pool and spa before setting off after check out. Just an all round fantastic experience, yet again! Keep up the amazing hospitality guys.

Our room was very warm and comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean from our room through to the common areas. The heated pool and spa were a hit with the kids despite it being the middle of winter. The complimentary bikes available for use were great as well. Every single member of staff we encountered were exceptionally helpful and friendly. A great location for a family getaway, would 100% stay again in the future.

Great property. Was a issue with the heating in our first room but they didn’t have anything free till the night after so they provided a heater and then moved our stuff the next day to the new room. Great staff

The hotel is well situated, I did get a few flea bites overnight in bed but staff wasn’t apologetic. Housekeeping didn’t change our towels on one of the days, so a bit inconsistent. Really appreciated the access to the local pool and gym.

Great location and facilities. Our room had 2 comfortable queen beds and was spacious. The staff were great and dealt with an issue with wet carpet under the window quickly. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa. Great selection of breakfast options in the onsite restaurant. We stayed during a very busy weekend so there wasn't always onsite parking but there was plenty of parking on the sidestreet and we felt safe walking in the area. If the weather had been better we would have made use of the bikes available for guest hire.

Check in, was quick and easy. Hotel staff were amazing happy to assist considering it was a very busy hotel with a big function, staff never missed a beat and ensured every person staying there was made to feel important.

Our last stay was a bit disappointing however they took our feedback on board and they certainly went out of their way this time and upgraded our room (lovely spacious room with seperate living and separate bedroom! Very impressed! Nice and quiet too!
