Called the night before arr to book a car park..the night manager said that he penciled me down for the last car park (20 nzd per night). Arr the next day, after 4 hours of driving.. the receptionist said the car park was fully booked and my name wasn't on the list. Was not happy abt this experience at all.. There were little pieces of rubbish on the bathroom floor when we enter the room. However, the breakfast was good.

我亊前是不知道是沒有冷氣的，以這個價錢是不應該的，在網上訂的時候沒有資料說明是沒有冷氣的，消費者有權選擇，當我訂了後價錢是八百多元，但是我朋友在其他的Apps在差不多同一時間offer只是四百多元而已.

Willis Wellington was great value for money. Negatives: the water pressure in the shower didn't blow me away, the fittings are somewhat outdated, but perfectly fit for purpose. The king size bed is two singles pushed together creating the inevitable gap in the middle. Still being in the honeymoon phase of our relationship this was somewhat annoying, but the beds were comfortable, the rooms were warm. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and responded to our queries in a very timely manner. Location was great. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing accommodation in Wellington.

Property was very cold, and there was no spare blankets. The heater was not working so I had to have a hot shower at 2am in the morning to warm up. Nothing special about the hotel.
