Expedia Group verified review

The hotel claimed not having received the payment from the booking platform. So we had to pay again a higher amount. In the end we agreed on being refunded the dfference and are waiting for the money from the booking platform. In 2023 such things should not happen. It meant additional effort for everyone.

The environment was disappointing, service was very poor. There was no professionalism with staff members. The room was really disappointing that I regretted the booking.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Flughafens aber trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt keine oder nur sehr kurze Stromausfälle (30sek) und es wirkte sauber. Es gab sehr wenig Personal. Die Mitarbeiter, die da waren, waren freundlich. Das Essen kam sehr heiß und korrekt durchgegart auf den Tisch. Allerdings ist der bauliche Zustand sehr vernachlässigt. Die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind überwuchert und nicht in Betrieb. Die Zimmermöbel wirken teilweise wie aus grobem Holz selbstgebaut. Von den zwei Zimmerreservierungen hatte ich eine erst in der Nacht der Anreise gemacht und diese fand das Hotel nicht. Auch das Kreditkartengerät „war zur Reparatur“ und so war ärgerlicherweise nur Barzahlung möglich. Und das obwohl es am Flughafen keine Möglichkeit gibt, Geld zu wechseln.
