Was lucky to get a free upgraded room, was brilliant. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off in the evening and there was a bit of panic and there wasnt much communication from the staff as to what was going on or if we all need to evacuate. Apparently it was someone using a vape in their room. Apart from that it was 10/10

Breakfast was poor. Full Irish buffet with only the cheapest ingredients. Generally the hotel seemed understaffed. Is ok, functional woth nice people, just not enough on reveption, concierge and breakfast

Staff very inhospitable - tried to check in before room was ready, and were told to come back in 2 hours. I had to ask if we could stow our bags, ask if there was a restaurant where we could wait, etc. No welcome at all. Room ill equipped - tissue box was empty upon check in. Toilet ran.

Extremely helpful and welcoming staff, from check-in to restaurant and bar staff, everyone was warm and friendly. Lovely rooms, clean and comfortable and amazing food, and with a good gluten free selection. And with a city centre location, theatres and other evening venues are in walking distance.

We stayed at Europa Hotel on a Tuesday night. Everything was excellent staff were pleasant, room was small but very comfortable and had tasteful decor

Wonderful stay at the Europa. I’ve stayed at the Europa before renovations. It’s much nicer now since updates to the rooms. Air conditioning is a big plus as my room was quite warm on my pre-renovation stay. Front desk and concierge service was excellent. Service at the bar could be better in my opinion. I had to go to the bar to order a drink. No one working the bar came to my table to ask if I wanted a drink which I found strange. Europa location is as good as it gets. I highly recommend the Europa for a stay in Belfast.

Very Nice staff, clean room, and the first top hotel that I have stayed that has towells that feel new and not reused and cleaned thousand times like others 4+ stars hotel.

Fantastic one night stay. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Loved the piano bar and the convenience to the city centre.
