Excellent and friendly staff, could not be any more helpful

The hotel was convenient for the purpose of our visit, carpets could have been cleaner. The shower screen was streaky. The staff were friendly and helpful and we will probably spend more visits from time to time.

Hotel is very clean and friendly staff, we had an enjoyable stay.

Receptionists were so accommodating and friendly Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed Bathroom was clean and suitable Breakfast was tasty and buffet style. More than enough choice Will definitely stay again

Good hotel in a car friendly area. The area around the hotel is not walkable. Theres fences and bushes everywhere that you can’t cross the street unless you get dangerous.

Staff are very friendly and helpful

We were unable to get to Antrim on the night we booked for because a road accident caused us to miss our ferry from Scotland. I emailed the hotel to ask if we could have credit not in the circumstances. I never received a response. Terrible customer service.

Stayed as family before an airport trip. It was very convenient to make the short early very early the next morning. Service for check in and dinner was very slow. There was probably low occupancy so they reduced the staffing but the check in, bar and restaurant were all in the one view and lots of times we waited for a staff member to appear from a back office. Food was nice for dinner if expensive, sorry we didn't venture across the road for better service and value for money. The continental breakfast available from 4am was hadn't but would have liked a takeaway cup available so i could make a coffee on the go. Would stay again.

We are non-smokers and the areas around the doors smelled of cigarette and vape smoke. I was surprise by the number of spent cigarettes in the parking lot and the the entry ways. One of your staff people helped us look for places to go in Belfast.

We booked a last minute trip to Antrim & the staff were lovely although our room wasn’t ready to 5pm & we arrived for 3pm check in would have been the only let down.

Staff is nice, rooms and very very tiny and beds are not comfortable at all. You probably better off sleeping on the floor

Staff was very nice. The room was dark. The bulb were dim. The lamp at the table was not working. The mattress weren’t firm.

Decent coffee always available

Ari at the front desk was amazing. Always friendly and smilng. Very welcoming. The men at the front desk not near as good as Ari and the other lady. Room was very clean. The cleaning ladies were awesome too. Breakfast was mediocre. Very processed food. Not like the homemade included breakfasts we got all over Ireland and northern Ireland. The location is in a very commercial area. Not close to the beautiful old area of Antrim.
