Helpful staff. Clean room. Food basic but fine Cooked breakfast food wasn't hot

Met when we first arrived with the most helpful concierge Andrew he really is a massive asset to this hotel. Some of the bar staff were helpful but at the same time poor at serving. The location is close to everything just don’t go into any of the 2 pubs outside the hotel as not great

Great location, spacious room, friendly staff.

The room is not the best, but it wasn’t uncomfortable, the thing that I did not like was that you don’t have control over the AC, the room was super cold and I had to go to the lobby to talk to somebody so they could control the temperature, there are no phones inside of the room so you cannot call reception, I had to go down and talk to them, I did not like that whatsoever The staff is friendly, there was a problem with the rooms and when I got to the hotel after a long days traveled, I was told that I didn’t have a room and I was being sent to another hotel, I book this hotel because I needed to be on a train by 8 AM and it was close to the train station, they told me I was gonna be sent to a hotel 30 minutes away, and that a taxi was gonna pick me up the next morning to bring me back, they did give me breakfast at the other hotel, and I requested being taking back to the hotel and taken to the train station because it was something that was their fault not mine which the hotel staff agreed to,

Where the hotel is situated is great, plenty of transportation, people are lovely, can’t fault, can’t wait to go back

Close to activities, limited amenities. Can be noisy at night.

This place was exactly what we needed for our trip. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms, although an odd shape, was also large enough to fit both of our items. The staff was friendly and the pizza was excellent. Not sure why people say the area is rough. Straight down the lane way is great bars and food and shopping. At no point did I ever feel unsafe there. Would definitely stay here again.

Andrew was unbelievable! Such a gracious host. So welcoming, so helpful. Made our stay in Belfast very memorable. Well done Andrew and Team!!!

Staff was incredible & helpful. Easy check in and out. It's great that parking was offered and provided directions on their site but actually finding the garage entrance was a nightmare. The garage is not in their ownership so not their fault.

Friendly staff, good service, nice and clean. Limited places to go for food though as a lot of places were shut

Not bad for what we needed but not the best. Mattress was so thin so not very comfortable. The shower head pointed at the wall, no matter how it was repositioned so very difficult to have a shower. Other than that, not a bad location, close to some eateries and pubs, and shops just a short walk. The air con system liked to turn itself on in the night, making odd gurgling sounds - pressing the off button didn’t stop this from happening.

Property is perfect for 1/2 nights of exploring Belfast. Staff was friendly and helpful

On the edge of the city. Not far to walk in. Area around the hotel dilapidated. Hotel clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean, good size. Quite so no disturbance regards sleep. Quality breakfast. Also menu for evening meal plenty of choice. Value for money.
