Leonardo Hotel Belfast

Lovely hotel, nice bar and majority of staff great.

The woman that checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful.

It was okay. Being from the US we are used to certain amenities. This room did not have a AC or anything to circulate air. The tv remote did not work. This was just an average stay at best. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Very close to train station and centre of town

AVOID!!! We have never had such a terrible breakfast in what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. We arrived early and paid separately for breakfast. My husband is vegetarian and you would expect a good choice of what is available after having read the reviews. However, there was only bread and jam/marmalade available for him. The fresh tomatoes were in a pan in oil. He asked if there was perhaps some cucumber, cheese and olives. the staff member said she would go and check but never got back to him. When he asked her about it she said there was none and they were busy... That is terrible service, to try and fob customers off. Staff looked as though they were run ragged and there were clearly not enough staff working. The only items available were sausage, bacon, eggs, beans. Even the American tourists there were complaining. Items were not being replenished. No cheese, no fruit, no yogurt! There wasn't a manager coming to check on the food and the staff. The second day we had our breakfast included in our stay and we thought that things would improve - sadly not! Porridge wasn't cooked and was nearly cold. Again, we had to make do with bread, cheese and jam. Leonardo hotel, you must do better. We didn't enjoy our stay here

Great place to stay!

Good breakfast and great location for walking around central Belfast. Room was lovely and spacious

Excellent location in Belfast. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Large shopping area is close and very walkable. Rooms are comfortable and well sized. Don’t skimp on the number of days in Belfast and in this place. The only issue is parking is a bit clunky.

Great centrally located hotel, walking distance from centre and pubs we visited

Not enough staff on shift but very nice those who were working. But Long line ups for breakfast and not enough food due to big groups and not enough staff to re stock. Rooms were comfortable and nice though

First the carpets in the room are stained, the sink took forever to drain, we had to turn off the water a few times to let it drain and then use again. The bathroom had a funky smell and our first day they didn’t come to clean till 5pm when I called and complained. The room does not have a safe nor does it have A/C. We brought cups of ice to the rooms those glasses stayed in the room the whole time we where there, no one bothered to take them away.

Good spot and nice room. The amenities need updating as one of the towels had a hole and the kettle couldn’t be used due to limescale. Weirdly there was also no fridge.

Generally very good but there was a constant noise of water running through pipes in the bathroom.

Parking next to venue at reduced price is great and location is fantastic.

Very good hotel would stay again

Fadli at check in was excellent- wonderful customer service. As always Helena in the breakfast restaurant was so helpful in tracking down veggie sausages for me.
