From entering the car park everything was great. the staff were friendly and helpful. the bedroom was extremely clean and very inviting. Must be 10/10 Unfortunately the stay was short as I had to get up for a plane at 5.00am. Would highly recommend anyone to stay

The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever been on however the pillows were great. It was convenient being next to the airport. At check in they told us they would give us a menu so we could decide if we wanted to eat at the hotel or not. It never came. They were nice but for the price etc I would stay somewhere else.

This is the only hotel at Belfast International Airport so it has a captive audience. If you need parking for a holiday be sure you book with the hotel directly as they are merciless if you don't. We has a problem and were dismissed to other aiport parking. I found reception staff unwelcoming and abrupt but dining room and bar staff were very pleasant and helpful. If you need shower cap, body lotion bring your own as only shampoo and soap provided in the room.
