Lovely hotel in a fantastic, central location. Only minutes from the City Hall. Rooms large and clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Only ate in the Hotel once, to have dinner and, to be honest, we were very disappointed with the overall quality, but plenty of restaurants within very easy walking distance. Despite the food, I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fitzwilliams Hotel Belfast. The high level of comfort & size of the room are what I liked best. All the staff are attentive, courteous & very helpful. The difference between a 5-star and a 4-star property is obvious. Plenty of restaurants around. Centrally located next to the Grand Opera House. Definitely the place to stay in Belfast.

Overall good. Central location. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly. Small touches, like offering water on our way out. Rooms were quite small and a bit dated. Bathrooms small and dark. Air conditioning didn’t work the first day. Had to be fixed. Not sure it is a 5 star hotel.
