Voco is such an incredible hotel in Belfast, outdoor area is really lovely with nice waterfront outside, staff are lovely and attentive and have provided incredible customer experience. the decor of the hotel is really nice

A change of branding, it this hotel is still a very decent option for a stay in Belfast. A short walk from the centre of the city, but with easy parking and access.
Could have done with a bottle of water in the room. I believe that this was an oversight and that they are usually provided.

Upon arrival the reception staff were welcoming. The entrance hall was beautifully decorated and smelt nice! The bed and pillows were comfortable, bedding was clean as were the towels. The catch on the window was loose, the marble sink surface was cracked, the temperature of the shower could have been warmer, and there were cobwebs in hard to reach places. The bar and dining room staff were attentive and polite. The hot buffet breakfast could have been warmer, but on the whole a lovely stay. Note there is a £14 daily car parking charge.

Great hotel and great breakfast. Only complaint was the extremely poor bar service. I watched several people come to the bar to get a drink but then leave again as no one served them.
We had one drink before the concert and then went on because of this.

We checked in given room keys to room 314 we got into the room to discover someone else was in the room after going back to reception to explain we were treated very badly and rude by Inga the receptionist
