Only stayed one night. Was very comfortable but the kitchen and it's equipment was very minimal despite there being space for more worktop and there was no proper table. Bit surprised there was no TV. The beds were comfy and the bathroom very nice. Handy for the ferry and free parking.

It is more of an apartment than a hotel room and they are just in the process of renovating the rooms by the looks of work we saw taking place and that everything is new in the rooms. A few little things like no hairdryer or kettle in room were quickly taken care of with a smile. The room had a kitchenette which is very handy. Overall great location, lovely simple room and super friendly and helpful staff. There is a great little fish and chip shop opposite. I would stay there again and would recommend it.

Great location by the sea and near the town center. Clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen in the room which is very useful. Just be aware that it is unmanned. You have to go to another hotel in town to pick up the key.

Basic but clean and warm with a modern interior. Stayed in a single cabin with private bathroom and TV. No view from the window and the bed is tiny but comfortable. Kettle and mug and spoon provided but bring your own tea etc. Staff very friendly and the breakfast at the Andrikken (a 10-minute walk) was very good (eggs, pastries, cheese, dried meat, etc.).

The hotel is very close to the Andenes ferry dock and an adorable town with many attractions- hiking, a lighthouse, museums, whale watching and puffin tours, shopping and food! The hotel is on the waterfront in one of 3 buildings. Interestingly, the hotel reception is at a hotel south of the waterfront by about 6 blocks- not hard to find! The room had everything needed for self-catering! There is also a restaurant in the building. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning there! The room was very clean and comfortable!

The room was very nice and comfortable but upon arrival or room had a broken bathroom door and a strong smell of sewer.
As soon as we mentioned this at reception we were offered to change room.
The hotel service is excelent, all members of staff are very nice and super helpful.

Det var ett bra och intressant övernattningsställe. Allt var fint men ventilationen var bristfällig. Ville du lufta tvättrummet ordentligt måste du öppna dörren till toan samt fönstret. Det var också lite trist att det inte fanns kylskåp och att in- och utcheckningen ägde rum annanstans. Ändå var hotellet ganska billigt med tanke på att det fanns i en betydlig turistort i Norge.

Rommet var ok, rent og i god stand. Innsjekking var litt kronglete. Vi måtte sjekke inn hos Thon for så å kjøre til leiligheten på Grønnbuene. Vi burde ha fått den informasjonen ved booking så hadde sluppet å dra til Grønnbuene først for så å bli sendt til Thon for innsjekking.

Einchecken war in einem anderen Hotel. Dort wurde am nächsten Tag das Frühstück verweigert, obwohl am Vortag angeboten. Begründung: Kein Platz im Speisesaal. Leider war Sonntag und deswegen hatte kein anderes Lokal morgens offen.
