Our first stay in Norway, and they set a very high bar. Lovely hotel, comfortable room, kind and helpful staff, amazing breakfast (the best in our 2 weeks in Norway at different hotels every night). Great location to explore Bergen on foot from. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Well-situated near old city and rhe funicular. Beautiful, clean, updated. The dinner and breakfast was good. One of us has numerous food allergies that the chef was happy to accomodate. Staff friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay at the Home Hotel. Included breakfast was great with a very good variety of food and beverages. Didn’t try the included dinner but it was available at no extra cost. Great location with easy walking to all the Burgen has to offer.

Checking in complicated by overbooking. Couple with us were to be transferred to another hotel. Much negotiation before our caretakers were given their confirmed room. Bad start

Rooms are not serviced if staying more than one night.
We had no phone in our room. Thin mattresses slip off the bed. There is a bar across the street with loud noise until the early hours of the morning on the weekends.

Great breakfast buffet and waitstaff. Room was a little tired and could use a refreshing. Area around hotel was loud at night with nightclub act. Tough to get a good nights sleep.
