Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was under construction at the time but everything was very clean and quiet. The location could not be better being at the harbor - 1 minute walk to Foynhagen, great restaurants, and quick 15-minute walk either to Slottsfjellet or the train station. We will happily return.

It was OK and reasonably comfortable for one overnight stay. The room was very cold, without apparent thermostat adjustment. The bathroom floor was very cold and my room was in an annex, not as in the advertised photo. It was quiet and the breakfast was good. Staff were very professional and extremely polite.

Really disappointed with the hotel. There was a lot of building work. The reception floor was being laid the bar was completely shut and not available.
There was also a new outside area being built right outside my window which was noisy. I was not made aware of any of this when booking.
The hotel was very expensive for the quality being offered.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The only reason I have dropped a star is that the room (superior, room 246) could have done with a new carpet (horrible stain on it) and more space for storing your clothes or a suitcase stand at least. Communal areas are beautifully kept and the roof top swimming pool and bar are a wonderful feature.

Vi bodde ei natt på dette hotellet i forbindelse med konsert. Fikk et flott rom med kjempefin utsikt! Fornøyd med plass og oppbevaringsmuligheter, samt at senga var kjempegod å ligge i :)
Misfornøyd med badet da dusjdøra måtte stå åpen, så det ble klissvått på hele badet. Kunne heller ikke ha dopapiret på dorullholderen, fordi det var så innmari trangt slik at den gnagde inn i låret/hofta. Ikke noe særlig støy utenom det en bør forvente. Fantastisk nydelig frokost!

Meget god beliggenhet med kort avstand til restauranter, butikker og sentrum. Ingen merkbar støy på rommet til tross for at vi hadde rom ut mot utestedene på Brygga. Rent og ryddig, med gode senger og puter! Hyggelig personale. Og et fantastisk uteområde på taket med oppvarmet basseng og bar. Hit kommer vi gjerne tilbake!

Sentralt og stort - men hyggelig - hotell midt i sentrum av Tønsberg. Kort vei til all service. Veldig hyggelig, serviceinnstilt og løsningsorientert personale. Store moderne rom. Badet kunne nok vært litt bedre rengjort. Flott frokostbuffet.
