It was amazing. The food was great, staff were helpful and attractive, check-in was quick, lobby area was super clean, location was great (plus, bus to airport parked/waited for passengers in front of the hotel), room was spotless and comfy. Also special mention, this hotel seems to have good diversity and inclusive in its work environment, not sure if it is a Nordic thing, but very refreshing, considering I'm from Asia. Will definitely stay there again when I go to Bergen!

All the staff were welcoming, very pleasant, and helpful. The hotel was in a convenient location. Room was spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Booked because the hotel advertised AC. The AC was present but provided no cooling (expect for the lobby). The front desk staff was great but service in the room was poor - minibar and coffee not replenished during 3 day stay. Additionally several minibar items were missing but the front desk kindly reversed the charges. Front desk staff was overworked. Lines were always long with people checking in. They had lovely water and candies at check in but they were often empty because front desk staff were expected to refill despite constant stream of customers. Overall, an unremarkable solid busy hotel close to the city center.

Staff and food were excellent but the room was unbearably hot due to lack of air conditioning. I made sure that I booked a hotel with air conditioning but was very disappointed to find out it wasn’t working the entire time I was there.

Radisson is a good hotel in a prime location, just opposite the Bergen waterfront. The room was nice and quite big with nice tall ceilings. Everything in the room was neatly arranged without giving the feeling of over stuffed. The breakfast was ok. The clarion in Oslo had more things on the menu compared to this one. The carpets in the hallways appeared to be worn out and the elevator was slow but we were warned of maintenance work. Overall a nice place to stay in Bergen in the most prime location.

Had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu in Bergen. Great location on the harbour with lots of shops, bars and resuarants on the doorstep. You are towards the edge of centre of town, so its a bit of a walk to other areas outside of Bryggen, but this is fine if you enjoy the walk.
The hotel itself is great - staff so helpful, breakfast buffet was excellent, comfortable beds.
Some rooms must have a lovely view, but ours looked out on to a brick wall at the side of a museum. That was a shame but wasn't a problem. The seagulls squawk 24 hours a day during summer, but that's not the hotel's fault! Just bring ear plugs!
Overall a fabulous stay in a gorgeous city. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very average hotel, definitely not a 4 star- rating needs to be revised.
No one came to clean the room- had to request:(
Breakfast buffet is mediocre and not included, which was never disclosed. They did delete the charges, though, which I appreciate.

Our ‘Superior’ room was very clean and comfortable.
We arrived late but our luggage failed to arrive with us; the staff at the Radisson immediately helped by supplying little packages containing toothbrushes, combs, tooth paste, razor and shaving cream.
Buffet breakfast was extensive and wonderful. The choices, both hot and cold, were excellent - everything, including sugar-free and gluten-free options and little touches such as chia seeds, cinnamon …. it’d take all day to list them.
We enjoyed an evening meal in the hotel on 2 nights and weren’t disappointed. In fact, we received complementary desserts on my birthday. Thank you, Radisson.
The location, next to the Bryggen Museum and on the harbour front was convenient, not least because the Flybuss to and from the airport stops there.
We wouldn’t think of looking elsewhere if we get the opportunity to return one day.

Radisson Blu Bergen is in a great location. Close to cruise terminal and right in the old harbour. A few minutes walk to the fish market and lots of restaurants and cafes. The hotel will store your luggage if you get in early ( especially after a cruise or morning flight). The rooms are small but comfortable with a coffee maker(instant) and small fridge. Two wine glasses but only one chair in the standard room.

T)e hotel was in a fabulous location right at the main strip in Bryggen. We were going on a Viking cruise and were able to easily walk with our luggage from the Radisson to the cruise ship within 8 mins. Hotel offered free candy and water daily in the lobby. The issue I had was there were seagulls that screeched during the night in their atrium and they were quite loud for those rooms facing the atrium.
