It was amazing. The food was great, staff were helpful and attractive, check-in was quick, lobby area was super clean, location was great (plus, bus to airport parked/waited for passengers in front of the hotel), room was spotless and comfy. Also special mention, this hotel seems to have good diversity and inclusive in its work environment, not sure if it is a Nordic thing, but very refreshing, considering I'm from Asia. Will definitely stay there again when I go to Bergen!

The location is fantastic—right around the corner from Bryggen, or rather, part of it. Despite being so central, our room was spacious and remarkably quiet. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality.

the location is good, walking distance to most of the sight seeing area. The room is small and not very clean. Dont go to the sea food market, it is for tourist , they charge us over price for the crab.

Being located at the end of Bryggen meant it was very handy for looking round the city, but just away from the main hub-bub. Room was fine and breakfast excellent. The bath shower screen was a bit low, so not ideal for tall people.

후기가 우선 좋았고 공항버스 정류장이 호텔을 나서면 바로라서 예약했는데 결과적으로 만족합니다. 베르겐에 모던한 호텔이 별로 없는듯 했는데 이호텔도 오래된 건물을 사용하고 있었지만 불편함 없이 이용했어요. 쇼핑하기에 너무 좋고 공항버스 정류장 위치 예술이라 추천해요

The property and rooms are “ok”. The place needs a facelift. The worst part was the last night of our stay, the noise from young people screaming and yelling outside our 2nd floor window was unbearable. Did not sleep at all.

I like the location. Check in was a nightmare. They gave us a card to get into our room. It did not work. We went back to tell them and gave us a second card. It did not work. There was no apologies. Ignored us both times. My husband got annoyed and insited to give us a new room. Thexrest of staff were goid. Just those 2 at the check in need re training.
