Wonderful hotel for a stay in Tromsø. Very clean, helpful staff, and in a prime location. Views from our room were spectacular - we spent an afternoon gazing out and reading our books. Plenty of breakfast options that set us up for the day. Super easy access to/from the airport as the Airport Express bus stops directly outside. Cannot fault this hotel, we'll definitely be back one day!

Absolutely love this place. Ideal location for scenic views of the fjords and mountains, birding, walkable sight-seeing, dining, etc. Friendly staff and nice accommodations. Highly recommend.

A beautiful hotel. We only stayed one night but they were welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice. We went to the buffet dinner and it was outstanding! It was pretty much the only place we found that had a full vegetarian buffet!

The staff was great. You need to know to ask for a spot with a vehicle charger if you have an electric car. If it is hot out, you will be hot as there is no A/C. We did not leave the window open because of the concert outside and the sea gulls in the morning (would be too loud). The shower is very small. Breakfast is traditional and nice.

Great hotel. Great location. Awesome breakfast buffet. Friendly and professional staff. You just reserve parking as hotel spots are limited. But there is plenty of public parking around, though you must keep paying in the app. and not forget to renew time.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! It is convenient to shopping and restaurants and has a beautiful view of the harbour and mountains! Staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet has many many incredible offerings, including gluten free grains, bread, and much more! 4 varieties of pickled herring! The Chef is friendly and knowledgeable about GF items.

Right on the harbor, conveniently located near everything downtown, beautiful views of the bridge and harbor from the dining area (and some rooms). Breakfast was plentiful and had a great variety. Would recommend!

The hotel is situated in the area you ideally want to be as a tourist visiting Tromso. Most excursions meetups are nearby, bus to/from the airport stops in front of the hotel, just a short walk to convenience stores and restaurants. They also offer tons of breakfast options catering to all kinds of dietary needs. Also, they’re bathroom floors are heated which is very nice to have for winter stays.

Ideally located in Tromsø Sentrum. Pleasant & professional staff. Easy taxi & bus service. Clean & great breakfast. Unfortunately the roof is closed during the winter so we were unable to use it for aurora viewing.
