My stay at PC Continental was nothing short of outstanding. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every possible way. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness, lavish interiors, and sophisticated ambiance. The location is also unbeatable,just a short distance from all the major tourist attractions.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Their hospitality was genuine and heartfelt, making me feel completely at home throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Asad at Café Nadia,an exceptionally humble and professional young man who went out of his way to make our experience memorable.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The in-house restaurants were world-class, truly deserving of 5 Michelin stars. The Dum Pukht and Bukhara restaurants, in particular, are absolute must-tries for anyone who appreciates fine cuisine. Everything from the meats to the desserts was top quality and clearly prepared with care and skill.
Even the small touches made a big difference—like the taxis arranged by the hotel offering complimentary bottled water, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

We stayed there for 2 nights and it was a wonderful experience. Room was spacious clean the staff was friendly and coorporative. We were also provided complementry breakfast from marco polo and access to executive business lounge access which also had breakfast, snacks, high tea and sweets options. Over all it was a great experience.

This property is great... all in all.
They did miss that we had a booking for 3 of us in one room. So I had to call them to get an extra mattress. They also had us down as 2 ppl instead of 3 on the breakfast list as well.

The property has old school charm. Nice lobby but the rooms are dated. Staff at front desk whilst polite did not discuss room options though we had messaged ahead. We were given a smoking room which smelt quite musty and seemed dated. We mentioned it later to Karim the duty manager who offered a change but it was too late in the stay. Housekeeping did not replenish well and we had to ask for a second towel when two should have been provided and we only had one mug when at least two should have been provided.
On our arrival there was no complimentary water in the room.
The staff at the door and generally were polite. The airport pickup service had to be reminded but they were great at the airport when they turned up.
There is room for improvement.
Would I stay here on my next visit not sure will consider one of the modern options for newer hotels with modern rooms.

I booked a stay at this hotel for my elderly mother and myself. I booked a day earlier as we were arriving from abroad at 7am and would not be able to wait until 3pm for check in. I emailed requesting a shuttle service from the hotel and this is where the problems began. We were led outside the airport and made to wait in the sun for 45 minutes. Apparently we were waiting for other guests, however after much going back and forth, I managed to convince the driver to take us and make additional arrangements for the others. Once we are lives at the hotel, there were no bell boys outside and we were left waiting with 6 bags at the endurance. I started to move the bags myself and then, as if by magic, 2 guys arrived and took or bags. At the main reception we were met with a big smile and the receptionist tried his hardest to make things right by apparently upgrading us. However it would’ve been better if we were put in a room closer to the loft, as my mother was struggling with the walk to the room. Nevertheless, we were adamant that we were going to enjoy our trip and brushed this off. The breakfast hall is chaotic-but this is more of an issue with low calibre guests who lack etiquette and basic manners. However the Nadia cafe has terrible service staff who do not clean tables and left us waiting to order some tea for over 20 minutes. In contrast, the executive lounge (which is complimentary) has some of the best staff I’ve seen in hospitality and made us feel very welcome.

Very poor quality of a hotel that used to be iconic. Rooms are in decay, bathrooms in shambles, carpets are totally run off. Room keys don’t work 7/10 times. Food in restaurants was stale. We had 7 rooms booked. And every one had the terrible experience. We will stay in Nishat next time.

Shockingly terrible. The bed was broken in the first room and rooms smelled like cigarettes. The bathrooms were dirty and outdated. The carpet was extremely dirty. The phone in the room didn’t work. When I went downstairs to order something it never arrived. This is a 1star hotel. Would never stay here. Especially, foreigners should be aware. Nishant might be a better option instead.
